Important Note:
For applications involving non-water immersion processes such as candy making, coffee and nut roasting, or other high-temperature cooking methods, we recommend using the stainless steel OMNI-XL stirring wand (not included) for optimal performance. The standard plastic stirrer is designed for water-based cooking.
