StirMATE comes with a limited 1-year warranty that covers all manufacturing defects. Please note that this warranty is intended for residential use only. Commercial use (such as in restaurants or high-volume settings) is not covered under our warranty. International shipping costs are not covered. Yes, we ship worldwide. You can view international shipping options and pricing by selecting your destination country at checkout. If rates aren’t shown, feel free to contact us at info@stirmate.com for assistance.
We strongly recommend choosing a Priority or UPS Expedited shipping service. First-Class international shipments can take anywhere from 21 to 60 days and carry a higher risk of delays or getting lost in transit. Please note that we are not responsible for lost First-Class international packages.
All shipping prices are listed in USD and do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer and may be collected by your local postal service or customs authority.
