Quick setup & controls

Fit the Wire Paddles, mount the Wand, prepare your pot and use the Control Dial.

The Control Dial

Press and hold for power on/off. Turn to adjust speed. Short press to switch modes.

Insert the Wand through the Rotor from below. Lightly coat the pot bottom with oil or butter. Start at low heat and low speed; check smooth, unobstructed rotation. Follow the complete manual for fit, setup, safety and care.
