Pot compatibility

For big stock pots (5 gallon / 20 qt) and thicker mixtures.

Choose straight, vertical-sided pots within both ranges. Fit also depends on pot shape and paddle clearance; check a complete turn before cooking.

Mount it to your StirMATE.

Gen 4

Mount directly to the Rotor from below. No adapter needed.

Gen 2 & 3

Use the included adapter.

What’s included.

• Stainless-steel shaft and four adjustable U-paddles.
• Plastic mounting adapter for StirMATE Gen 2 and Gen 3.
• Two optional silicone tubes for the bottom paddle to help prevent pot scratching.

StirMATE and cookware are not included.

Before you cook.

1. Power off StirMATE before positioning or adjusting the paddles for your pot.
2. Mount OMNI-XL using the instructions for your StirMATE generation.
3. Run one full turn at low speed to check that the paddles clear the pot.

The optional silicone tubes fit over the bottom paddle. Use your model’s guide for mounting and adjustment.

Cleaning and storage.

• The stainless steel attachment is dishwasher-safe.
• Clean your StirMATE as its manual describes.
• OMNI-XL stores in the StirMATE Gen 4 box.
